A modern interior renovation and integrated structural addition of two new gable ends and pitched roofs at rear of house with the feel of a tree house. The building is clad with sustainable Accoya cladding and windows stained to match. Our dedicated team worked with Richards Stanisich in design development to enhance the structure & proportion. Careful prototyping of waterproofing and timber cladding was undertaken. Interior finishes include European oak parquetry flooring, honed Calacutta Vagli Oro stone, highly detailed stained & painted kitchen, joinery & wardrobes and solid oak handrail and balustrading. Scope included hard and soft landscaping.
