Anthony Kubiak
Director

Anthony has a career spanning the construction of multi-disciplinary projects including commercial, multi-residential and luxury houses. His tenures as a Project Manager at large firms influenced his ambition of establishing BWG to provide a relationship and quality driven construction model. At BWG Anthony is involved in day to day operations and management of projects continually implementing and fine tuning quality, safety, environmental and cost control systems whilst improving planning, methodology and programming aspects to continually provide delivery efficiencies. He is focused on the future creating and maintaining strong and close client relationships whilst empowering, supporting and leading his team to achieve their personal and professional ambitions.

Daniel Stevenson
Senior Project Manager

Daniel has always possessed a strong interest in design and an eye for detail leading him into bricklaying and on mastering this trade his ambitions led him into building. Daniel is an integral, experienced & important leader at BWG overseeing multiple teams and projects having delivered modernist new builds and specialised, structural & period refurbishments. Driven by owning the process and pushing boundaries of the achievable Daniel flourishes in the areas of innovation, research and development in construction, architectural and structural co-ordination.

Anthony Balletta
Senior Site Manager

Anthony started in the Melbourne construction industry through the plastering and carpentry trades always possessing a thirst for knowledge and a desire to fully understand method and approach. He is consistently described as ‘passionate’ whilst his growth, experience and project success have established Anthony as a landmark project specialist. Anthony works closely with architects and engineers to improve design and outcomes and creates modelling and prototyping efficiencies for fine-tuning. In contrast to his interest in the detail Anthony has large scale excavation, logistics and management experience.

Paul Attard
Business Development

Over the course of his 30+ year career Paul has founded and built construction businesses known for high quality and specialised work, and he brings this expertise to develop long term client partnerships at BWG.
