A staged refurbishment of 2 floors including luxury residential suites and a family office designed by the global architects Snohetta. The scope included external building upgrades, building services and Thassos marble clad bathrooms and a commercial kitchen. A planned approach to staging was taken to ensure zero impact including external materials handling via scaffolding. All joinery was seamless, flush and integrated. Staff and security areas upgraded. Project for repeat client.
