A major structural and interior refurbishment of an important F. Glynn Gilling 1941 heritage listed villa. Structural works include new suspended concrete slabs on two levels, load bearing brickwork, structural steel, basement enlargement & new lift. External remedial scope includes removal of lead based paint to entire facade and sensitive render and painting works. Fino white set walls throughout and tallowwood floors laid to create an aged aesthetic with limestone slabs to bathrooms. Project for repeat client.
